John 5:44 “How can you believe, when you receive Glory from one another and you do not seek the glory that is from the One and only God?”

Some things are just a mystery

John 3:3 – “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

John 3:3 Tells us specifically why not everyone enters the Kingdom of God, not even those who are ‘Born Again’.. “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

Leaving the text just the way it is, I’ll repeat it, ‘Truly I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot SEE the kingdom of God.’

So, this means being “Born Again” doesn’t guarantee you a pass to the Kingdom of God, actually I believe that’s only God’s choice,.. BUT when you are Born Again, all that happens is that you can SEE the kingdom of God. Being a born again _________ <– insert whatever religion u want to put there, doesn’t mean your safe now, that just means that you can now SEE the Kingdom of God, now what’s next?

We were made in His image

Romans 12:12-13 ‘The night is almost gone; the day of salvation will soon be here. So remove your dark deeds like dirty clothes, and put on the shining armor of right living…Because we belong to the day, we must live decent lives for all to see. Don’t participate in the darkness of wild parties and drunkenness, or in sexual promiscuity and immoral living, or in quarreling and jealousy. (NASB)

When we look at this world, for the most part it seems as if the norm of life is to ‘live it up’ by partying, drinking, self-indulging in life’s pleasures and just having a good time until death comes. The problem is when you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, your mind isn’t functioning properly and you are being controlled by a substance which can be very harmful to yourself AND others.

If you ever have read my previous posts before, from when I first started this blog, I never gave much credit to God because I was living as a Hedonist and even though at times I admit that life seemed to be going great while engaging in all the self-desired negative behaviors, I still felt empty inside and never satisfied.

It was only until I began to read God’s word and began to understand His meaning to this life which he created did I realize just how far off His radar I and most of the world have fell off. A lot of people in this World tend to look at the World for answers to life but how can you look at the World for answers if the World didn’t even create itself? It just doesn’t make any sense.

If God is the one who created Life, wouldn’t it make sense to ask God what is your purpose in Life? You see we get lost in life and forget that our time here is only temporary but yet we all wish for the same thing, to live in a place where this is no violence, no jealousy, no hatred, no disease, no dying, but yet even though we all wish and can even think that this might exist, we give up looking for the answer on how to acquire it when God already has the answer for you!

Don’t let anyone separate you from the true words of the Gospel.  God understands that this Life we live in now is all screwed but He also promised to be there for you the second before you call his name. Let Jesus into your life, what He did for us is unheard of, he washed all of our sins away the minute we repent. Let God into your life and study His words so you can realize that God is truly all Love and trusting in Him, we all have a chance to be resurrected into the Eternal life of Happiness.

Luke 6:47-49 (NASB) God is Good and Provides the Way

I understand that sometimes we think we know what’s better and what’s good but honestly we don’t…

We try to believe that if “we just act good”, God will take care of everything and you will be saved. Now I’m not saying this in a way as if I know you are going to be saved or not, I’m just simply say what is already written according to His word and not your opinions or the Worlds. Actually there is a lot but I’ll just read what I came across and felt I needed to write, no credit goes to me, all goes to God.

Luke 6:47-49 (NASB)
47) Jesus says: “I will show you what it’s like when someone comes to me, listens to my teaching, and then follows it.
48) It is like a person building a house who digs deep and lays the foundation on solid rock. When the floodwaters rise and break against that house, it stands firm because it is well built.
49) But anyone who hears and doesn’t obey is like a person who builds a house without a foundation. When the floods sweep down against that house, it will collapse into a heap of ruins.”

You see, according to His word believing is not a enough. Although yes, you might have some type of Foundation, that Foundation is not built well.

116 Temptation

A heard say without sex life is a waste
But Christ is overall I kept my pants on my waste
Turned beautiful chicks away dudes swearin’ that I’m lame
Though I got a sex drive the Spirit’s holding the brakes
There’s no breaks this is His infinite work
Content with my Rib nothing is sweet enough to desert her

See some of y’all done bought the lie
That sex is what makes you a man
But that’s not what makes you a man
Anybody can go lay with a woman
What makes you a man is being defined
By who you say you are in Christ
If you have Christ you have all that you need
Everything you need is bound up in the resurrected Savior

Look can I be real with you
They say that women want attention that’s the real issue
And if they only wore dresses just a little bit longer
Then the flesh that I be feeding wouldn’t burn like a sauna
Wait is that the reason why your brain isn’t changed?
When you at home by yourself in front of computer screens
Or is that the reason why I sit in here and prey on
Little girls still in school still playing with crayons
No! It’s the flesh that all men should fight
While Satan persist to tempt us with our own wicked delights
See God made intimacy to glorify He
The flesh wanna do as we please glorify we
That girl is not an object for playing
That’s a woman not a barbie I don’t care what Nicki say
And just like her sex is God’s creation
You spit inside his face when you don’t use it how he made it

Sex is a gift from God but we’ve taken it and made it adultery
We’ve taken it and put it in the place of God
And we worship it and so it comes out in all kinds of profane ways
And so we blame the women for what they’re wearing
And we blame the media for what they’re producing
But we never blame ourselves
For how we’ve twisted God’s gift to glorify us

Flesh on the rise like the tide when I go surfing
You can see just what I prize in my life when I go searching
Roaming with my eyes; no surprise sin is lurking
Get’s me every time and inside man I’m hurting
Pretending that I’m fine but it’s a lie man I’m burdened
Cause what’s inside is never satisfied so I serve it
Afraid of getting caught so I hide I’m so nervous
Scared that I may die begging Christ to reverse it
Lord you are the gospel such a bad scene
Even if I clear my history my past ain’t clean
And I can try clean it up but it never seems enough
I trust myself then hurt myself fail this is tough
I need the gospel clear see my sin for what it is
One brings life the other death man to me plus my kids
Selfish in my ways and it’s go’n put me in the grave
But Christ can save and set you free no longer be enslaved

My spirit willing but my flesh weak
This moment is but a test see
Lord you’re greater than all these pleasures
I just wanna see you as my treasure
God I wanna
Flee from it all till I’m free from it all 

Manning up is not just managing your sexual temptations
It’s not just managing your sin that’s not what it means to be a man
Because you can try harder and you can do better
And you can hang on longer that’s not manning up
Manning up is our ability to lay down all of our effort
And all of our trying and all of our strength and say I trust in Jesus
I trust in his perfection I trust in his power I trust in his ressurection
Because he’s the only one that can get me through this
And he’s the only one that can make me free
